About Us

Kidz OT Essentials has been operating since 2001, with screening currently conducted at a number of Primary schools throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

The screening program is an initiative undertaken in partnership with the school, to assist in identifying any difficulties a child may be experiencing. The screening 'raises flags', in areas that could benefir from extra practise and support both in the school and home environments.

Recommendations are also made for further assessment and intervention that may be required.

The importance of the partnership between the Parents, Teachers and the Occupational Therapist is promoted to ensure the very best assistance and support for the child.

Kidz OT Essentials has expanded its services to provide intervention services to schools, and information sessions for parents and teachers.
